Evaluating the process

The questionnaires attempted to establish the inherent attitudes in the school pupils, with regard to refugees, asylum seekers and racism in general. To measure the success of our project four specific lines of questioning were followed.

1. Should refugees and asylum seekers be allowed to live in Scotland?
2. Why do refugees and asylum seekers come to live in Scotland?
3. What words best describe refugees and asylum seekers?
4. Has involvement in the workshop increased awareness in these issues?
