Friday 21st October, Bo'Ness Town Hall, West Lothian.

Rock Against RacismYouth Scotland, in partnership with CBYouth Music Project and Central Scotland Police, organised a youth rock concert in Bo'ness Town Hall.

To support Show Racism the Red Card fortnight of action the theme for this gig was agreed as "Rock Against Racism".

5 established youth bands from the Bo'ness, Grangemouth and Falkirk area, with members between the ages of 14 years and 20 years, took part. Those bands were Hoax, Andeecoal, Ingenue, Bone Idol and Lucky Strikes.

200 young people attended the gig and quotes from victims of racist abuse were displayed on a large screen for all to see. In addition, anti racist material was available for the young people to take away.
