Hearts and Dunfermline Show Racism the Red Card at Tynecastle

"Show Racism the Red Card Scotland" fortnight of action continued at Tynecastle on Saturday.

Before the game over 1500 team posters were distributed to young and not so young Hearts supporters and, as with all other games in Scotland, prior to kick off all the players circled the centre spot and held up SRTRC placards.

David Foster from our management committee, who helped distribute the posters, said "Despite the shock departure of George Burley the posters were well received and will hopefully be proudly displayed in many homes and offices. The response of the fans to the players display was magnificent and the applause was long and loud and gives real hope that we can reduce racism in Scotland."
